All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This means they should arrive 2-3 days after the day they were sent. Each package has a tracking number, which is available upon request.  If you prefer another method of shipping you may request this at an additional charge. 

Items purchased during closure - which will be clearly stated on the shop main page - will not ship until the dates indicated.

Items will not ship on Saturdays or any day the United Postal Service is closed. Do not include these days in the time from purchase to shipment.

FAQ

My jewelry broke, what should I do?

In the event that any item becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 30 days of your receipt of the item. After 30 days, we will repair your jewelry for reasonable materials and shipping fees.  We're happy to do repairs on pieces that have seen unfortunate obstacles in your daily life, and we can quote you when you email us with a description. If you find something wrong with your piece, DO NOT WEAR IT!!! If you do, and it breaks or gets lost, we can't do anything about it.

Do you have a Return Policy?
We do not accept returns on items damaged by regular wear & tears of life, but we can do repairs-see 'repairs' above. If you're piece arrived damaged you need to notify us within 7 days of the receipt listed through your tracking number, and we will proceed from there. If you received something as a gift and would like to exchange it for something else, we will do that, or we will allow a store credit. We do not offer refunds as each piece is custom made.

-Your order is made especially for you so ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sorry, no returns. 
-Return package must be prepaid, properly packed for shipping, and clearly marked
*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

MATERIALS:
-All pieces are made in either 14k gold fill, solid 14K, solid 18K and sterling silver. All gemstones are natural and hand cut, and will have variations in both color, shape and size. Please allow for variations in your jewelry.

PAYMENT:
-We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express.

SALES TAX:
-All MA residents are charged 6.25% sales tax!
